Clean Air Power’s natural gas injectors are ECE R110 certified and have been used in commercial natural gas engines for over 10 years. Patented in the US and China natural gas injectorshave proven themselves around the world in terms of capability, robustness and adaptability.

The natural gas injectors have proven durability in conjunction with Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), a quality that is very rare with gas injectors. In connection with its gas injector technology, Clean Air Power assembles ECE R 110 certified coalescing filters that provide maximum gas filtration and maintenance of gas flow.

Since diesel and natural gas require different fuel to air ratios for optimal combustion, Clean Air Power has developed its patented turbocharger air bypass (TAB) system. The TAB system controls the air-fuel ratios when a Dual-Fuel™ engine is switched from diesel and natural gas operation, ensuring precise air charge control during continued vehicle operation.

Clean Air Power also offers specialised shut-off valves and natural gas pressure regulators integrated into its Dual-Fuel™ gas / diesel solution. The gas valves and gas injectors stem from the same technology principles, but have been optimised for different applications. The Clean Air Power high-speed solenoid valve technology is also suitable for any product that requires rapid switching of hydraulic systems, such as automatic transmissions for the automotive industry.
